You did get a great price initially! But with replacement instruments we are able to remove most of the marketing and overhead costs that were part of your initial purchase price.

Only those who have previously purchased from TruHearing at our contracted health plan price can enroll in the Lifetime Replacement Program.

You may cancel your membership in this program at any time prior to the shipment of batteries at your annual renewal date.

With replacement hearing aids you receive the same 45-day money back guarantee you received with your initial purchase, and you receive a one-year warranty against loss or accidental damage, subject to a deductible of $75-$300 per aid and professional fees for programming.

This program covers only replacement of hearing aids previously purchased from TruHearing. For example, if you initially purchased only the left hearing aid, you will not be able to later purchase the right aid under this program, but could replace the or upgrade the left aid.

For enrollment in the Lifetime Replacement Program, you will need to supply a credit card or bank information and agree to the recurring annual $89 membership fee.

If the Lifetime Replacement Program is discontinued, you will be notified at least three months prior to your annual renewal date.
