TruHearing contracts with hearing professionals across the country to be part of our mission to delight our customers while providing access to affordable hearing aids. Our network of over 5,000 contracted providers is integral to our success as they are the primary face of TruHearing to our customers. 

TruHearing is looking to hire a Director of Network Management to oversee the functions responsible for managing the TruHearing provider network, including the overall quality of the providers in the network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for work with existing network management teams to accomplish critical initiatives to improve the management and quality of our provider network. This role will be responsible for the provider quality standard, comprehensively evaluating aggregate data regarding provider performance, developing audit capabilities to ensure adherence and integrating quality standards into onboarding and provider teams’ interactions with providers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing disperse independent business units, developing quality programs and overseeing their rollout and execution.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Manage the provider network and credentialing departments
  • Oversee the provider experience, including:
    • Recruiting
    • Credentialing
    • Onboarding
    • Network management
  • Improve and expand quality standards for the provider network, including:
    • Procedures, compliance, and customer care
    • Customer satisfaction and outcomes
    • Physical locations
  • Systematically track providers track record of delivering customer satisfaction and improved outcomes
    • Utilize data to assess overall provider quality
    • Collaborate with customer experience team to analyze aggregate and individual data to extract meaningful insights that drive network wide improvements
  • Develop quality programs and collaborate with network management and provider support teams to integrate them into existing provider onboarding and management processes
  • Align with provider-facing teams to achieve overarching business goals including improving overall provider experience and satisfaction
  • Work in conjunction with leadership to identify, develop, and revise policies, processes, manuals, and documentation to maintain compliance and clinical best practices
  • Develop audit capabilities to ensure adherence to performance/physical location standards including mix of remote and onsite audits

Here’s what you need to have:

  • Experience managing high leveraged departments key to the organization’s success
  • Aptitude for managing a disperse independently functioning business unit model
  • Previous experience developing and operating provider quality programs, including creation of standards, messaging, and adherence practices
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience training front-line staff to execute and effectively understand, leverage, and communicate quality standards when engaging with providers
  • Expertise on datasets and reports relevant to provider quality, including provider profiling, and provider reports
  • Ability to be creative and flexible when exploring new ideas
  • Team player with the ability to balance multiple organizational priorities and exert influence without traditional organizational authority
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Proficiency with CRM’s like Salesforce to manage workflows
