You can receive a year's supply of batteries each year you renew membership with your health plan.

To be eligible for this batteries program you must purchase hearing aids through TruHearing ValueAdd. This program is available to the health plan members who purchased hearing aids through TruHearing after November 1, 2010.

After your purchase, you must re-enroll each year with the same Health Plan you were insured with at the time of your initial purchase of the hearing aids. Each year your re-enroll, call TruHearing. TruHearing will verify the renewal with your health plan, and then ship 40 batteries per hearing aid purchased to the address submitted in this process. This could take 5-7 days.

If there are any questions, TruHearing will contact you to verify the information before mailing the batteries. You can complete this process for up to four more years. Which means with your initial purchase, you could receive up to 5 years of batteries included!
