First, our Consultant will discuss your lifestyle and activities to get a complete profile of your communication loss and concerns; then contact a qualified local clinic to schedule your hearing evaluation and test.

As part of your testing, you will have a thorough physical examination of your ears and ear canals, to determine whether there are hearing problems caused by wax, or other physical problems. It may be that some of your hearing problems can be solved quickly and easily.

The test will include pure tone testing, speech recognition and understanding, and other more specialized tests as needed for a comprehensive picture of your hearing loss.

The results of the tests will be discussed in detail, so you know the exact extent of your loss, and the options, including hearing aids.
